Quarrying : Quartz stone is quarried from the Quartz Quarries.
Pulverized : The Quartz Stone is then pulverized to small fine grain and screened by different sizes.
The pulverized quartz is mixed with resin and coloring.
The aggregate then is distributed evenly on metal treys.
Compression : During this stage the aggregate going through compression, vibration and vacuuming.
Oven : The slab goes through chambered ovens. During this stage the slab is solidified and hardened.
Thickness Calibrations : The slab goes through calibration machines to adjust the thickness
Polishing : The slab goes through the polisher giving it the shine and gloss.
